If i feel i have hiv symptoms but the test comes -ve does that mean i got no hiv?

actually i had got canker sores suddenly wen a few days back
and i never had canker ore b4 maybe it was due to stress


but now as the test is 0ve can i be relieved

Like 0.00001 %. The test is very sensitive that you might have a false positive but its very unlikely to get a false negative.

you dont have HIV if you tested negative for it. i suggest getting tested again at some point in the near future, as HIV does not show up right away... though it all depends on when you feel you were exposed to it. canker sores can be caused by stress, or what i;ve noticed, sunlight... dont be stressed.
