If i got symptoms of hiv then will the test surely come -ve?

i am going for a blood test but jus for curiosity im asking this

HIV doesn't usually have symptoms. If you have symptoms it's either something else or you already have AIDS.

Symptoms of HIV could mirror other diseases like the flu or diabetes. Just get a test. Only you know if you have engaged in high risk behavior.
