How confident are you in the medical professionals that call themselves doctors?

The phone rings and the lady of the house answers, "Hello."
"Mrs. Sanders, Please".
"Speaking"
Mrs. Sanders , This is Dr. James down here at Saint Agnes laboratory. When your husband's doctor sent his biopsy to the lab last week, we received another biopsy from another Mr. Sanders as well. We are now uncertain of which biopsy belongs to your husband. Frankly, either way the results are not too good."
"What do you mean? asked Mrs. Sanders nervously.
"Well one specimen tested positive for alzheimer's and the other tested positive for HIV. We can't tell which is which."
"That's dreadful! Can you do the test again? questioned Mrs. Sanders.
Normally, we can, but your Medi-care will only provide for these expensive tests once and only once."
"Well, what am I going to do now?" the distraught lady exclaimed.
"The folks down at Medi-care recommended that you drop your husband off in the middle of town. If he finds his way back home, don't sleep with him!"

That's awful. lol

But, I'm not very confident with medical professionals. For instance, when my dad was 19, he had a terrible car accident which left him paralyzed from the waist down with many broken bones and internal malfunctions. Many so-called doctors told my dad that he would never be able to walk again--------about 7 months later, he proved them wrong with just walking with a limp. They also told him that he would never be able to have children either-----he now has 6 children, and they're all his and my moms. That just taught my parents that you can't trust everything that doctors tell you!

Funny, but memory of mine says that this is a repeat! Still funny there! XP

ok, now i am really nervous about having to go to the dr. next week!!

lol...thats really funny.hope it doesnt happen to anyone for real

yes

ha ha ha...that one was good...ha ha ha..thx...I don't trust doctors much

HIV tests work for all people regardless of race. Your symptoms sound more like an STD than anything to do with HIV. I'd suggest getting tested for other sexually transmitted diseases.
