Freaking out ALOT right now..?

To make a long story short, I have genital herpes, and I had protected intercourse with a CSW 3 weeks ago. Polyurethane condom, lots of lube. Right after it happened I realized that I had just put myself at risk of HIV transmission

It was a truly stupid decision on my part, and I am regretting it every second that passes. At 17 days post exposure I went to the CDC to get a gold standard antibody test and NAAT test done for HIV and all other STD's. (The CDC told me the NAAT test is 90% accurate as early as 12 days post exposure)

Before my test I was calling nurse lines, sexual health lines and even calling the CDC to ask every possible question I could think of, all of which told me that my chances for HIV transmission are extremely slim because I wore a condom.

However now waiting for my test results is killing me, the anxiety is double what it was pre-test date. Not to mention all the reading I'm doing over the internet of other STD's, its so overwhelming!

Is anyone else in a similar situation now? How have you handled this before? The wait is killing me! I feel like pulling out all my hair

since 2005 I got 5 outbreaks! every outbreak every ~6 months. every spring and every autumn! that was very hard time for me! then I started to use the proper diet for me and some herbal treatment and listen "Bobby McFerrin - Don't Worry Be Happy" . Now I don't have any outbreaks for about ~2 years!
