Birth control pills are prescribed for a wide range of reasons other than birth control. Whether you have HIV or not has nothing to do with it.

(However, if you DID have HIV, the doctor would most likely be glad to give you a prescription for the pill in order to prevent you from passing it on to any unplanned kids ;) )

No. Women were getting the pill well before HIV became prevalent. But, what is the point? Your question does not make any sense. Should you be alluding to whores, well, it would be very sensible for them to be taking the pill, wouldn't you agree?

No, atleast not in the United States, all they do is a pap smear or exam and that does not test for HIV so nope. They don't test for HIV unless you ask them to and then the woman signs a consent to be tested. So NOPE!
