I think you are saying you had sex with a girl that was HIV+. My question is did you use a condom? If you did you should be OK.
Then you said you had a HIV test was negative, have you had sex with her since your test? Have you ever retested?

And your last statement is that you feel all sign point to the fact you have HIV infection. If you are worried, and I think you are, retest find out your HIV status as soon as you can.

HIV and AIDS are two defferent things. Make elisa test and confirm. Looks like you do not have aids.

HIV virus lay quite in body for quite some time and then show up the signs,it may b 10 yrs even, though its serious,still u need not worry,positive attitude,good food and little medication which is availabele in gov hospital accross india freely, it will keep u going. just take care not to spread it anymore.

If you have done the HIV test after 6 months of sex with HIV girl and your result is negative then you need not worry about that. If you have done before 3 months then you have to do it again.

There is nothing called Hiv+ signs. Hiv+ will becomes Aids after 5 to 10 years depend on once own resistance to the decease. If you have any doubt get it checked again.
