my stomach hurts often, i have to use the restroom more frequently then i did before #2 i wouldnt say its diarrhea but softer then it was before the encounter , i cant sleep my body jumps during the nights, 3 night sweat incidents , and some weight loss. he went to get tested and it came out neg but i know something is not right with my body i have been tested for other things such as, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia , and syphilis all those are good. if i am feeling symptoms wouldnt my test come out positive?

You could be bringing on these symptoms from stress over worrying.

go to dr

Sounds like you are stressing about the condom broke and believe so fiercely that something is wrong with you that you are literally making yourself sick. Stress and a strong belief can make people extremely sick and the symptoms you are describing sound like you have made yourself anxious over this whole ordeal which causes those types of symptoms in a lot of people. If your partner isn't HIV positive then you really don't need to worry about being HIV positive. If you are really worried, get tested again just to set your mind at ease.

I don't think that short term HIV infection would cause your symptoms, and the fact that you have tested negative twice also indicates that is not the problem. I am not saying you don't have something, but it is not likely to be HIV. Severe stress could explain your symptoms; is there something else going on your life that is stressing you out?

it sounds like stress. i think that you need to have a long talk with your doctor about your stress and level of worry over this issue.
good luck

HAVE YOU NOTICED THAT MOST VIRUSES, DISEASES OR ILLNESS HAVE VERY SIMILAR SYMPTOMS?

IT USUALLY TAKES A LITTLE OVER SIX MONTHS AFTER EXPOSURE FOR THE ANTIBODIES OF HIV TO START SHOWING UP IN YOUR SYSTEM. THIS CAN VARY FROM PERSON TO PERSON.

I PERSONALLY DON'T THINK YOU WERE INFECTED.
I THINK YOU ARE JUST STRESSED ABOUT THE SITUATION. STRESS IS A VERY HARMFUL STATE AND CAN DO A LOT OF BAD THINGS TO YOUR BODY AND MIND.

THERE WAS THIS TIME I WENT TO THE DOCTOR BECAUSE I HAD SOME MOSQUITO BITES AND FORM SCRATCHING THE GOT REALLY IRRITATED AND A DARK RED COLOR. I WENT TO THE DOCTOR, HE SAID IT COULD BE HEPATITIS B OR C, HERPES, SYPHILIS AND EVEN HIV. I FREAKED OUT. THIS WAS ABOUT THREE YEARS AGO. I GOT TESTED FOR EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING CAME OUT NEGATIVE. I WAS SO TRAUMATIZE ABOUT WHAT HE TOLD ME THAT EVEN THOUGH MY ALL MY TEST INCLUDING HIV WERE NEGATIVE I FOR ABOUT 2YRS BELIEVED I HAD HIV. EVERY TIME I USED TO FEEL SICK I TAUGHT IT WAS THAT. I HAD TO GET TESTED ONE MORE TIME TO CONVINCE MYSELF.

I SAY TRY TO RELAX, DON'T THINK ABOUT IT TOO MUCH AND WAIT A FEW MONTHS AND GET TESTED AGAIN.

LIKE I SAID I DON'T THINK YOU ARE. WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK!!

oh boy.... youre feeling the symptoms. that explains it all. You've been tested dummy. you are fine

72 days is usually way to early to notice symptoms of HIV, which can take years to show up. If you test again after six months and are still negative this is not the cause. like many have stated, it is probably stress related and will subside when you relax about this. If not there could be some type of infection but most likely not HIV. Have you been tested for diabetes? this can cause a lot of the same symptoms.

Do you believe you have it?? If you are stressing out about it and you believe you may have it, your mind may be kinda tricking your body into showing symptoms. And you're probably looking too far into normal things that happens to a normal person. I think that's what it is. You're fine.

It's psychosomatic.....your worry & stress is causing these symptoms. AIDS syptoms don't pop up 72 hours afterwards.

You are probably ok. Go to a doctor and get some tests for non-std illness.
