Is it considered a violation of human rights if an employer subjects all his employee to an HIV test?

Is it considered a violation of human rights if an employer subjects all his employee to an HIV test?

you might want to look up local and national law on the subject ... google will find it for you.

[where are you?]

***
special for Mary: you might want to consider the possible impact of someone at Mickey D's cutting him/her self around food being prepared for sale.

[ouch!]

Depends on what line of work. Medical field..I would say no. McDonald's..yes

If you work as a bio-hazard removal man, probably not.

Not at all, i believe that anyone has the right to know who you;re working with, after all its for the employees safety.

Not a violation of human rights, but I think this could be considered a violation of privacy.

IF you work at a titty bar then no or if you are a WWE Wrestler NO. But if you work in a place that doesn't require physical contact... hmmm questionable. But if all the employees are spitting in food and trying to share bodily fluids with customers as spite... then I think it's only right. It depends on the cause.

It all depends. Is your line of work dealing with people? like a lab technician, an emc (emergency medic)? IF you work in a hospital i believe that you do have to have the HIV test. There are too many what ifs.
