There is a possibility because it depends on which test they used. False positives do happen.

Go and get another HIV test. If you are sharing needles or having sexual intercourse with anyone, be smart and try to protect them. Clean your needles. Wear a condom. Also, inform your partners of your test positive.

if it says yes its not wrong because it makes a certain chemical to say yes if its no it could be wrong cause that chemical might not be strong enough yet
