Have you had an HIV test? Did you have reason to worry? |
Tell me about it. Yes and no. yes i have... it came out negative. i was pretty nervous, though i had no reason to worry. but just being there you wonder of the most ridiculous things. how secure was the condom, have i ever touched someones blood unknowingly, has some dumb doctor used an infected needle and other impossible stuff. come to think of it... i had no reason to be scared. my other half was there, relaxed as summer and his confidence should've been a booster. lol i have had an hiv test and was happy with the results. anyone who has had more than one sex partner should be tested. even if you know who youve been with ...you really dont know who your partner has been with . if you have taken all precautions possible you shouldnt have to worry too much. blood and sexual contact spreads it. I have had tons of HIV tests...I get them whenever I get a pap-smear and then once on my own and a few times when they just throw it into my blood tests. I have had reason to worry but I never really have worried. I am a Peer Health Educator at my school so I test people for HIV and I feel like getting tested regularly (along with being safe) is part of being responsible. |
