I recently took an hiv test it was neg what a relief my problem is a whitish looking tongue what can it be?

It could be any number of things besides thrush a symptom of AIDS. Your tongue can reflect your health. IF it is painful and sore I would see a doctor. Otherwise try gargle with salt water and see if that clears it up. My dentist gives me a tongue scraper which I hate to use but works.

its probally just plaque , you have to brush your tounge also .
