Should HIV test be mandatory before marriage? |
Should HIV test be mandatory before marriage? Yes. Not just from infidelity point of view but more to check the spread of desease to un-assuming people. Too many things are becoming mandatory in this world. Yes! the HIV test should be made mandatory before a marriage. These days that there are lots of sexually transmitted diseases, I think tests should be carried out before a couple starts sleeping with one another as this would save lots of people agonies. SO WHAT, IF ONE OF THE PARTIES IS POSTIVE THE STATE WON'T LET THEM GET MARRIED. WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE RESULTS. WHAT ABOUT 2 PEOPLE WHO ARE POSTIVE? THAT IS JUST STUPID! I UNDERSTAND TESTING PREGNANT MOTHERS. THEY CAN BE STARTED ON ANTIVIRALS AND WHAT NOT TO TRY AND PREVENT TRANSMISSION BUT NOT FOR 2 PEOPLE PLANNING ON GETTING MARRIED. |
