The cost depends on where you go. Some places are free or at a discount and average wait time is 2 weeks or so

I have no idea but if you contact the county you live in normally they have a free or discounted program just for HIV testing and it can take normally 2-4 weeks for an answer. My prayers are with you!

go to planned parenthood and talk to someone. results can take about 2-3 weeks. always know your partner's history. and always use a condom. take the test, no matter how much it costs. it's important to know.

Just go down to your health department and they will draw a vial of blood send it in and you should have the results back in under a week. The health department uses a sliding scale according to your income.

I'm sure they have clinics just for that. I do know that they can have the results in just minutes. You need to get tested every few months for a length of time. Call a Planned Parenthood clinic and ask.
