i am scared that they infected me i just wentt to support my friend and she would only have a test if i had one..what is your take on this ?

That is great that you went to support your friend, most people wouldn't do a test, if they have no reason.

I don't think they would, think about it how long did they have before calling you in, ithe virus becaomes weaker when exposed to the air, be careful and whatever happens rememebr to stay safe....

i think you'll probably be a negative, but be safe that is the best advice i can give you

This is unreal.But I do believe racism exists in health care.Remember the black men who were purposely injected with syphilis to see how syphilis would affect the body.As far as them purposely injecting you with an Aids Virus seems far fetched but if you are concerned go to your doc or local health department and be retested in 6 months.My God what is the world coming to.As a white nurse in all my nursing career I was good to all my patients regardless of the color of their skin.Anyone who cannot leave their bias's and prejudiced at the door when they go to their job needs to find another profession.
