Should the test for HiV be compulsory before marriage for both the parties?


now- a- days, there is a trend that both the parties desiring to marry each other, should undergo test for finding out , that they are not hiv positive, and if they are, the other party has the right to cancel the marriage. will it be better than getting infected for hiv innocently, and ruining your entire life afterwards?

I think its a good idea to be tested especailly before you have unprotected sex with anyone, it would be horrible to give someone you love AIDs. Its terrible to give someone you dont love AIDs. Its a easy test. more people should get the test.

Yes, in Oklahoma we still have the sylphs test I think the Aids test is just as important.
