Hiv draws blood out and nurses uses that to redraw blood for hiv test for non-hiv person? |
will it appear on the test, i think it will because the blood on the needle will be mixed with her blood. my paranoid friend worried about being injected in a hospital in london kings college to be exact Hello, Hospitals over there don't toss out all the old needles? They never use a needle twice here..... well, they're not supposed too. Injection is different than a blood draw. Did she have a blood draw or was she injected with a used needle? I don't believe it's paranoid to be concerned if a needle was reused regardless if the other patient has an infectious disease or not. Nevertheless, it takes several weeks for enough antibodies to appear for the test to show positive for HIV infection. one needle per person - we use them once then dispose of them. So each person gets there own new needle |
