How Accurate is a HIV test after 60 days of exposure, Is Western blot test a better option?

I was wondering if anybody can tell me how accurate is the Western blot tests after 60 days of exposure,Please don't give a long definition of the test or how does it works I just need to know if I should take it now or wait?

The three month window period is normal for most of the population. Many people will have detectable antibodies in three or four weeks. Very, very rarely (i.e., only a few cases ever), a person could take six months to produce antibodies.
So you can expect a somewhat accurate reading, but if you are planning on waiting another month, please use a condom if you have sex = ).
The WB is a confirmatory test: it is only performed if the ELISA is positive

just have sex and use condoms

HIV tests in the US are not accurate

USE CONDOMS!

Western blot test is designed to reveal your viral load if you have already been dx'd with HIV. Standard blood screen for HIV will give you a positive or negative on whether or not you are infected by the virus.
