Where can one get an PCR/HIV RNA test in New Jersey?

I have a friend currently stuck in the backwoods over there who needs the test, but is stuck there with little Internet access, and even less time to spend using what little he CAN get, because of the job he has to take to maintain upkeep. And he wants to head back to the West Coast ASAP.
I've already given him some locations that give the description "HIV/AIDS testing," but he hasn't said anything about them since.
It must preferably be an RNA test, he cannot afford to take a chance with the timeframe possibly required by an antibody test. A DNA test might be OK, too.

You may not have any idea how obscure these kinds of things are. I know how to use a search engine, but whenever I do a search with terms like (but not limited to) "hiv rna testing" all I get is page upon page of nothing but medical research. What I need is a location where the test can be done, preferably from a local or an expert.
If not in NJ, where else on the East Coast? NYC?

Here is a decent on-line Testing center, you can get more info there. Just click on the picture that says know your status, Get tested.

Check out the website below. They offer it but a person has to pay to get the test done. I'm not sure how much it costs but I would image a couple hundred dollars. I used this site another std testing cuz the Planned Parenthood here was booked for a month and didn't take walk-in's for my case. I had to pay about 190 bucks for my test. But they should be able to give u an idea of where your friend could go. Hope all goes ok =)
