yeah I went to health dept for my 3 months window period . woman at health dept gave me clear to donate blood. so they know for sure if i would had hiv . it was negative they ran elisa and hiv rna testing nat was neg . thanks

when they tell u it ok to dnate blood u can take the health dept word
