& how much timing it will take i mean normally ,how can i know that one having hiv through hie /her some symtomes
further tell me that which kind of test it is........
somthing.....IB
CBC
PIMD
ESR

IS ABOVE ALL ARE RELATED TO T.B..?
PLZ ALSO TELL ME THE TEST FOR T.B

You can be tested for HIV at your local health department..generally cheaply. Depending on the style of test, they will either take blood from your arm or use a rough q-tip to scrape tiny cells loose from inside your cheek(doesn't hurt). The test results will be back in a couple of days. You can call a 1-800 number to get your results. You should be tested again 6 months from the first test.
You can be tested for TB at the same place. The test is a tiny amount of liquid injected just under the skin surface inside your forearm(stings a little, not too bad) then you will need to return to the clinic between 48 and 72 hours to have it read. A positive test is not a red mark(that's just irritation). A positive TB test is raised and rough like in a patch and also red.
CBC is just a complete blood count. Tells how many of each type of blood cell there are there. Normal is a specific amount of each.
PIMD..no idea. I'm not familiar with this one. Maybe partial index of something?
ESR is Erythrocyte sedimentation rate. It's to tell if you have some inflamation going on, like athritis etc.
Also, there are no symptoms of HIV. The symptoms of AIDS are recurrant infections that normally only happen to the very young/old or immune compromised(AIDS included). By the time you see symptoms...it's WAY TOO late. Use a concom. Stay monogamous. Or as unheard of as it is(it seems), stay celabate.

there is window period (i.e. if the person is infected then to get the positive result ,one has to wait for atleast 13 weeks or 3 months, Usually average period for hiv detection is 6 weeks in an healty person but upto 90 to 95 % ppl are get detected by 3 months. And the length of a window period depends on the the type of exposure one had because sometimes the hiv virus hide itself in the lymph glands and it takes time to come into the blood stream. Exceptionally, it may take around 6 months to get the true test.)
Standard test as is recommended by the Dr. is ELISA test based on the principle of antibody detection but if someone is much more worried regarding its possible exposure then one may go for hiv-pcr test that is based on the hiv rna detection. PCR can detect the hiv itself at earlier stage(28 days onwards ) but problem is that it has higher false positive rate than elisa. that's why it 's not recommended by the govt. but it wud be better to go for pcr again if it comes positive.PCR is very very sensitive and good test and most authentic if conducted atleast thrice to be sure its result.
Symptoms during acute phase of infection include flu like illness in 90%ppl or swelling in lymph glands or sometimes not at all (during 2-8 weeks after exposure).
If the person is infected with hiv then some opportunistic diseases like T.B. might appear at later stage(after atleast 5 years)

Most answers are good.

Ask this to your doctor. He can explain much batter if you need the test or not. He will ask you certain questions. You must answer them truthfully.

It is only acquired by body fluid exchange with an infected individual who is a carrier of HIV or has full blown infection.

The exchange can occurs accidentally or by intimacy with a carrier of HIV. It is very possible that a carrier may or may not be aware of his condition, at the time of contact. Initial effects are very similar to a lots of common things such as flue.......

There is a blood test available.

HIV stays dormant for a long time. It does not show up even in blood test.

Once it shows up in blood test, visible effect show up in six month to five year in some cases, in some cases it stays dormant much longer.

We do not have cure for it.

But with doctor's supervising, people are living longer and longer, if proper drug are given in time. There is one cases of person still living after he was found to carry HIV about 32 years ago, the person was born with it, mother had HIV. One of the news show had a special.

If you have any doubts see a doctor and under the supervision of the doctor, have your self tested.
