Am scared of taking an HIV test??

Am a master of getting bad news.
and taking an HIV test scares me to death i have had unprotected sex so i have a right to be scared.How do i convise myself and go take one.i fear to get the worst news.
am only 22.should i let it go and move on or really drug my *** up to the hospital and say GOD HELP??

I had to deal with your same situation a week ago...I got my result yesterday, thanks God negative..the only thing I can tell u it's that the worst part is to wait...after you done it you will feel better right the way...it's a little stressfull waiting for the result but, trust me, living with the doubt it's a lot worst! You are not 100% sure you will be positive! Go ahead and do it! Be strong and you'll see everything is gonna be fine! And, last thing...don't make my same mistake...don't pass all they long looking for HIV information...it will only depressed you...Now, go ahead and get tested! I'll pray for you!!!!!

i hear you, i had to get one after my husband cheated on me with some stranger and no condom and i was prego with our twins (4kids total) and you just have to do it i was lucky and got neg. on everything but do it if its a pos. get support and healthy. good luck to you, start using condoms

You're torturing yourself by waiting longer and worrying more before being tested. Good for you for going to get one. Hurry up and get it over with.

While unprotected sex is not a smart idea, if we all got HIV from it with regularity, we'd all be dead already.
