I had a somehow unprotected sex a year ago, I didn't have sex after that..celebrating a year of celebec/sy...will the HIV/AIDS test will be 100% accurate if I take the test now?

The good news: a single act of unprotected intercourse with an infected female partner has a chance of about 2% of the virus being transmitted to the male. If your partner was an infected male and you were in the recipient position, the chances are considerably higher. But whathever was the case get tested anyway, and you'll get a fairly accurate [over 99%] result. Then you can celebrate having some properly protected sex. You should have the test and understand, it can lay dormant for several years. You then may want to be tested every year or so. every year period...... 90 day after sex and then again at 6 months.
