What are the disadvantages of an HIV test?

what if HIV test is made compulsory for my kind of job, what are the odds against the test?

None--get one done.

Absolute worst case scenario is that you test positive--then, at least, you can start treatment and prolong your life. Chance are, though, is that you're fine.

I don't know what kind of job you've got where one is compulsory (any kind of nurse/doctor, I'm assuming) but it's good to know, either way.

It's always good to know

only disadvantage of taking the test you just might find out you have it .....................

man to be honest there are no disadvantages to an HIV test, if you f***ed a dirty girl and theres even a 0.001% chance go get tested. Then once you find out you'll know and honestly if u have it, consider it your mission to spread it lol cause your going to die you might as well have fun and be a dick b4 u go but definitly just get tested cause its always best to be sure and knowlege is power

If your a pornstar then sorry dude you better look for another job.

Secret government agents obtain your DNA via your blood test and start cloning babies of you to work in a factory assembling bullets and such. If any of your clones ever escape & commit a crime of any kind, you are held responsible due to DNA evidence.

Wow USA made you got a real active imagination. Amazing answer lol

Hmmm anyway silly question there is no disadvantage in getting the test

  • Do i need to test for hiv..if i stick someones finger..using a finger stick.i did not use any gloves...?

As long as you did not come in contact with any blood you will be fine. HIV doesn't spread thru skin, it spreads thru cuts or open areas. Next time I would suggest wearing gloves!!!
