Hello, s it safe to have a blood test from a hospital for hiv testing and do they use disposable syringes or throw away ones Yes it is perfectly safe. HIV testing or any other tests involving blood draws are done witha new needle opened just before use. You are much more likely to have issues with staph (that is already on your skin) thatn anything else. Dont worry..get tested. if the hospital isnt safe then wat is. no hopspitals use reusable syringes unless you are in a 3rd world country where supplies are limited Yes. In this day and age yes you are tested with with disposable needles and syringes but also make sure the person who draws your blood uses gloves..it is the law... You shouldn't worry about that. No labority in any hospital will use pre-used tools to take blood sample from any patient even in the poorest countries. Because in this case, other viruses&bacteria can be transmitted and the hospital will probably be closed down and pay a huge fine to the infected ppl! |
