IS HIV PCR TEST Is the most Reliable test?

I DID HIV PCR TEST AFTER 29 days of last unsafe sex and I got The result availabe in 2 days and My result was Negative - Do u think my result is 100% reliable ...The doctor said its 90% reliable Just I want to ask The nay doctor here who deal with HIV test
and Do u think that 2 days is Enogh time to prepair the result
Do I need other test to be confident 100%?
and do u think now I am safe and unenfected?

I would go to Doctor and get Western Blot Test for HIV. Stop taking the risk of becoming infected. Use condoms everytime you have sex and you wouldn't be so worried about contracting HIV.
You should be tesed 6 months after the initial test came back negative to be safe because sometimes HIV is not detected and remains dormant in your system.
There sre free clinics that will provide you with an HIV test at no cost. I personally wouldn't rely on home testing.
