Has anyone had an HIV test? Are they accurate? Yes, HIV tests have extremely high accuracy rates. There are a very small percentage that are false +. When tests come back positive, they are always double checked with the more expensive Western-Blot test just to be 100% sure. i have and they are supposed to be very accurate Yes, for the Most Part, they Look for the Antibody to the Virus, Not the Virus Itself, Therefore One Needs an Antibody Response to the Virus. |
