HIV test??????? |
how many days does it take to get the results? (its not for me, its for someone in the story that i am writing) There's nothing wrong with admitting you took an HIV test - it's actually a very responsible thing to do and every sexually active person should take one every 6 months. Generally about 2 weeks. Someone could get a rapid test and get results in minutes, too. 3 to 7 ....... call and ask if the results are ready. it took me a week or so... make sure you use protection and good luck. depends on where you go. Some places say they give results in 24 hours. it varies with the medical provider. depending on how you get your test. at a normal clinic 5 business days, they have to draw blood send it to a lab and wait for the results. Keep in mind they will not tell you answers over the phone, you have to go back into the clinic 2 weeks |
