HIV transmission !! Top Contributors HELP !!!!?

HI, I was reading on the internet through different websites contradicting informations. But one of the medical website claimed that HIV transmission is not possible even if the penis get in contacts with the wet vagina hole. They say the infecting secretion is found way inside the vagina in the cervix level and that is different of the fluid that is secreted when woman is aroused and you need PENETRATIVE sex only to get a chance of being infected. SEX without penetration is considered safe. Any idea please ? Is this correct ? Please Help

There are many different ways of getting HIV anyway even if nobody had like Bloodbrothers (making your palms bleed and then clapping your hands together with someone who has done the same) I don't actually know if its true what you have said I but I would be careful when having ANY kind of sex with someone who is infected because you can get HIV through Oral and Anal sex, even if you can't you can get other STI's.

I would like to know what "medical" journal said that. The truth is that any sex involving full or partial penetration of any orifice/opening (anus, vagina, and possibly mouth) has the ability to transmit HIV and other STDs (Hepatitis, Genital Herpes). Since you are unable to determine the total penile or vaginal semen inside you or your patner (to see if it is a lot or little or to inspect to ensure that there is no hidden internal cut), you are basically at risk, UNLESS you use a condom or abstain from sex. Safer sex acts include kissing, hugging, touching, without ANY penetration.

Is this really something you want to chance? I mean, honestly, is this truly a risk you want to take? "Sex without penetration is considered safe" - Sex IS penetration. If you've already had sex with someone who you suspect might be infected, go get yourself checked out. If you haven't, stay far away from the person. It's not worth it.

I THINK THAT'S INCORRECT BECAUSE ANYTIME A BARE PENIS TOUCHES A VAGINA THERE IS ALWAYS A CHANCE CONTACTING HIV AND STDS!!
