Can a man really catch AIDS from a woman? |
I have read a little about aids transmissions through heterosexual intercourse and the two pieces of information I have found about this is: No offense guys but can you provide proof? Just saying yes isn't very reliable. Being a sex educator, I have also been interested in this question and obtaining studies. Here is a link to an article with several sublinks that provide actual study info. Hope it helps! Yes he can Hello, yes The first thing I want to say is yes, because HIV is passed through bodily fluids either male or female. I would also think that if a man is married to a woman with HIV even under the smallest chances that he does not contract it from the act of sex there is still kissing so I would say yes. You must be very ignorant to still be asking this type of question. I live in a third world country where even illiterate people understand the dangers of hiv. One in five hundred sounds far fetched to me, i just hope you do research before it's too late! In my country one in five people are infected! If a pregnant woman who has hiv does not take ARV'S you can be assured her child will be also be positive! First, you should be clear about how you are thinking about these statistics and what they mean. Taking a nap doesn't cause diseases. If you are a man and you have unprotected sex with a woman who has HIV one time, you have one chance in 500 of getting the virus. It's a little safer than flying in an airliner and a little more risky than driving a car. Each additional time you have unprotected sex with an infected partner, the odds increase. Have 10 sexual encounters with an infected partner and the odds become 1 in 50. Anyone can catch AIDS form anyone if they are infected. Any sex can catch it from any sex. Google AIDS and HIV as well as checking out Web MD. com. Frankly, I would not knowingly partner with anyone with aids with or without protection. sex is sex regaurdless of gender and yes u can get it from anyone who has it Here hun get the facts and read for yourself Yes he can catch it from a woman no...actually they first have to catch HIV...which later turns into AIDS...so no u can't catch AIDS...but you can get HIV Yes a man can get aids, the chances are alot lower. The fact is, men have only one tiny whole, where the urine, and semen comes out of. A women has a huge whoe, like an open sore. When men have sex they have precum that comes out before they ***. This carries diseases. A women had alot of vaginal mucas more then men, but its harder for them to get it in the small hole the guys have |
