Junkie kiss - drug transmission risk???

this guy I am into does drugs. I do not do them, or approve. Trouble is, before we kiss for the first time, I wonder if any traces of the drugs( I think he does heroin, cocaine, not sure what else) are in his saliva, say he just snorted or ingested, could I get any traces of the chemicals into my own bloodstream? I am on prescription medication and myself do not drink or do drugs. I want answer to my question, not a lecture about how this guy is bad for me, and ewww, and this and that, etc etc...I know about HIV, and how this guy is bad news. We're not getting married or anyhting, just possibly screwing around. Thanks, and please, spare me your childish lectures...

I basically just want to know if I can get high through his saliva. Narcotics scare me, and I hope not....but I am not asking about disease, etc. Thanks, I know it 's a weird question..

I think the only way you could actually get drugs into your own bloodstream is if you kissed him RIGHT AFTER he did it, assuming he is snorting it or smoking it. If he is injecting it, it is going into his own bloodstream immediately and you don't run any risks then. Don't forget too that there is such a thing as a "contact high" which means if she is smoking something around you, and you inhale it, it can affect you. It sounds as though this guy may be of more hassle than you really need so I would definitely way out the pros and cons with messing around with this guy. If drugs are a danger to you because of medications, you need to be very careful. But I understand where you're coming from and that you don't want a lecture (I've had a thing for a couple sketchy guys myself) so to answer your question simply, yes you could possibly get the drugs into your system. I would suggest not kissing him right after (have him take a drink of water or something first) and try not to inhale anything. Good luck!

I'm not really sure

I think maybe Hepatitis...

why take the risk though?

I think you should be OK.. Unless he just snorted something and you kiss him while the drug is dripping from the back of his throat., that might be the only way that it could get into your system, I would think....

bust him ...now

no drug transmission risk. but you could get pregnant and your child would have a druggie dad

um...no you probably cannot transfer drug chemicals...I know you don't want the lecture, but it's probably not far off for you to start doing drugs if you are dating someone who's into them...so then you really shouldn't care if he transmits anything to you because it's only a matter of time before they're in your system. The short answer to your question is NO

don't post a "childish" question if you don't want "childish" answers.... re-read your question.... your worried about drug traces from kissing and you may just want to "screw around" give your head a shake

okay so you dont want a childish lecutre right? then be an adult and open your eyes to what is important here.... your health, mentally, physically and emotionally.
i would go speak to a doctor and tell him what you have said above, that would be the only advise iw ould go by, because a doctor would know for sure...

stay safe... good luck

lol

sounds like you really got yourself a winner there!!

Guess what, everyone....Whitney Houston is on Yahoo!Answers!!!!

LMAO!!! Some skanky ho who is screwing a HIV infested heroin junkie is actually saying that I'M a moron?????

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm...this is a unique question. I suppose drug transmission would be possible. I would think it would be very remote traces of the drugs, but possible. When a person does drugs the drugs are excreted in urine, and sweat, I dont see why they wouldn't be excreted in saliva as well. Im glad you know about HIV. I would also like you to be aware of Hepatitis B and C. Hep B has a vaccine, its a series of three shots, and I would recommend it if you have not recieved it. However Hep C does not have a cure. It is highly transmissable through saliva. Just an FYI. good luck

No you can't get high through his saliva. So don't worry about that, but something you should worry about is rolling with this dude.

I'll save you a childish lecture, but you should stop acting childish. I used to be in to s*&^ tons of drugs and I f*(&ed up a lot of girls. Don't do it girly. You may run a straight line now, but he'll beguile you in to it some day. Fo Sho.
