What most people don't realize is that HIV and Hepatitis B can be spread from ANY HUMAN FLUID through ANY OPENING on the "victim".

Saliva, blood, semen, urine. This is why there are so many health standards involved at jobsites regarding accidents. I had to watch like 18 movies on it. But it's as simple as two employees (same sex or not) stocking a shelf. One drops some glass, gets a cut. Perhaps they have HIV.

The other person, without a glove, hurries to help. Perhaps they have a cat, and were scratched earlier. That's an open wound. If the blood touches that open wound, there's an incredibly high chance of contracting the disease even though NO sexual or foreplay occured.

So to answer your question, no- it's not sent to punish gay people. The promiscuous person is more likely to CONTRACT it (because having sex with one person is like having sex with everyone they've ever done it with...etc...etc...) than someone who is abstinent.

Third world countries get all sorts of diseases because of 1) lack of precautionary equipment (condoms, latex gloves, proper disposal methods) and 2) lack of education.
