A question about transmission of viruses?

I wanna ask...why is there some viruses that is transmitted by mosquito bites like west nile and yellow fever and some can't be transmittied by mosquito bites? and some can be transmitted by only coughing or sneezing like flu viruses and some can't be transmitted by coughing or sneezing? and some can be transmitted by sexual intercourse like HIV and some can't be transmitted by sexual intercourse? my question is....what causes those differences of transmission between viruses? why aren't they all transmitted by same ways?....somebody answer me a detailed and full answer plz
