Transmission of HIV, how is it done and how is it avoided?

HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is spread through sexual contact or needle sharing with an infected person. It attacks your T-Cells. The virus is in bodily fluids such as semen, pre-ejaculate, BLOOD, and vaginal secretions. It is not spread by mosquitos, toliet seats, or saliva. Avoid HIV by using a condom evvvvvvery time until you are in a mutually monogamous marriage and both of you have been tested for the virus. Rapid testing and the orasure test are available at your county health department for a minimal fee if you think you may need to be tested. Some county outreach offices even offer the test for free.

You can't get it from sharing food or drinks or anything. It can be spread by bodily fluids such as siemen and then of course blood. Condoms won't keep someone from getting it from an infected person.

Transmitted through bodily fluids (blood, sperm, etc). If you want to avoid getting, practice safe sex with as few partners as possible or abstinence. Avoid touching other's blood unless you are protected (latex gloves).

Blood to blood contact via needle sharing or accidental needle or instrument sticks or transfusion of blood that was infected. Blood transfusions are no longer much of an issue. Avoid sharing of needles, avoid direct contact with blood (wear gloves when treating wounds of others and avoid unprotected sex). If cleaning blood infected instruments or etc, wear gloves and wear kitchen cleaning rubber gloves for cleaning instruments to prevent sticks. Practice good handling of instruments, know the proper practice of recapping needles. Avoid unprotected sex.

HIV is a killer and you die. Don't have sex with anyone until you know them and have found out if they are healthy. Once you get it you have to take a million pills and you still can die. Why take a chance. If you have to have sex then use a condom. oral sex can still give you HIV too.Get a job, keep busy and save for a car. It's safer.
