How is transmission the hiv between a man and woman during the s e x ?

HIV is really only passed through the HIV virus entering the bloodstream. The reason this happens during sex (especially anal sex) is that it is common for one to acquire tiny cuts while having sex. Contact between the HIV virus in semen, genetal mucuous, or blood is enough. The virus can also (I believe) pass directly through the mucuous membranes inside the vegina of the woman and into her bloodstream. It's easier for a man to pass HIV to a woman than vica versa.

transmission is possible due to unprotected intercourse. however, the chance is not 100%. the risk increases with level of activity, the viral load (number of viruses per cc of body fluid) etc.
