When a neg guy gives oral sex to a pos girl? or vice versa?
When a neg girl gives oral sex to a pos guy? or vice versa?

You can contract the HIV virus through oral sex if that person is positive and if they have cuts and abrasions and giving off discharge or the negative person has abrasions and cuts in their mouth. Not a good idea for those who have braces or metal appliances in their mouths that can cut skin. If you know the person's status then it's up to you to use sound judgement on whether sex with them is appropriate.

Or a condom for decreased risk

The risk is very very minimal. There have not been any documented cases of infection through just oral sex.
