CAN A HIV POSITIVE BOTTOM GAY MALE SPREAD HIV TO A HIV NEGATIVE TOP OR IS IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR A GAY TOP TO GET INFECTED WITH THE VIRUS FROM A HIV POSITIVE BOTTOM?

It is more likely for a HIV+ top to infect or reinfect the bottom, but yes, a HIV+ bottom can spread it to a top.
