Without a doubt YES!!!!i am a medical student, but i learned that in school!!!!hiv is transmittd through all saliva,into any internal organs, and through body fluids.all it takes is for a cut to be in the infected persons' mouth and the girl to have a small cut down there, to get infected!BE CAREFUL There have been reported cases, but at the same time there was unprotected intercourse as well.
