Can putting powder before putting on condom reduce/prevent hiv transmission?? I would say just use the condom as the manufactures instruct . No. no, i think that would actually ruin the condom in turn making you more susceptible to STD's/HIV. just use the condom as is, you should be okay! NO.Unfortunately its true if don't want don't sleep around and even condoms are NOT 100%.and messing with the process can only be BAD.You can never be to careful. |
