Can putting powder before putting on condom reduce/prevent hiv transmission??

I would say just use the condom as the manufactures instruct .
What sort of powder would you be putting on the condom anyway Talcum poeder ? This has no antibacterial roperties at all and certainley not VIral .

NO.Unfortunately its true if don't want don't sleep around and even condoms are NOT 100%.and messing with the process can only be BAD.You can never be to careful.
