About hiv transmission?

Hi,juz wanna ask somting about hiv transmission

1)An open wound touching a dryed wound,any possible chance to be infected?

2)Hiv really dead after certain time?Can a person get infected by hiv if he/she have open wound touching the dead hiv?Or will he/she get infected if he/she using the sex toy that already being used by a hiv+ person?(I mean the hiv already expose to air about several weeks.

3)I have canker sore in my mouth and i am kissing a hiv+ person,is there any chace for me to get infected?Can I get infected if semen,blood,vaginal fluid touch my canker sores in my mouth?
