Does "Magic" Johnson have AIDS anymore? |
I had heard this rumour that Magic had gone to Europe and done a new revolutionary treatment that has not/will not be approved in the states. Apparently he no longer has the HIV virus and is 100% healthy. Magic- is still HIV+, but he is a great role model for what a HIV+ person can do. He is taking his medications, eating right, plenty of exercise and lots of rest. He has a viral load that is undetectable- which some people think is "cured" that there is no HIV, in reality the HIV is still there, just a much lower amount so it doesn't show up on tests. No magic johnson still has aids but with the strong prescription drugs he takes it is ALMOST completely undetectable but he still has it and can pass it on. he does not have AIDS. he is infected with HIV which eventually leads to AIDS. I doubt it there is no cure for AIDS =). |
