can anyone tell me abt the complete treatment for HIV from a reliable source....

There is no cure for HIV at this time.

However! there is hope.

Reading advances in gene therapy has found ways to extract enzymes from mice and transplant them into the stem cells of humans. With this type of therapy a scientist in berlin was able to make CD4+ cells immune to the HIV virus making it possible to cure someone from the effects of HIV.

This of course is in its infant stages and at this point it is very much true that people will continue to die from aids and HIV related complications.

HIV is a virus...

You can't cure it, you can only control it for a period of time.

The only known treatments are various medications prescribed by a physician. You will have to consult your doctor. Keep in mind that these pills are generally very expensive, and you will have to take a large quanity (a water bottle full) everyday.
