Why should I be made to feel guilty if Africans do not get treatment for HIV, Who is supposed to pay the bill?

I just watched this documentary on sundance detailing the day to day struggle of Africans with HIV. I am sorry this happened to them, but the underlying theme of the show is why have we not delivered to them the help we promised? I never promised anything. Stop having children you cannot afford. Take some responsibility for your situation. Dont get me wrong, I know that if HIV rates were this high in a White European country we would help, but then again, thats not the case. Seems like these countries take care of their own business. I know I sound cold, but enough already. There are too many people on the earth as it is.

You should not feel guilty, and the U.S. should not be helping Africans with AIDS.

We have our own healthcare crisis here.

The African's need to stop having indiscriminate sex. They need to divert all their sexual energy to things like farming and irrigating their soil. That will solve their AIDs/Hiv problem as well as their food problem.

Basically the US is expected to fix all the problems of undeveloped countries but then when there are problems take all the blame

NOT personally you , But Americans should feel guilty , if they still got any morals.

Um, it's called compassion -- Hope nothing ever happens to you --

maybe if they stopped having sex and raping people, it wouldnt be a problem

You don't have to feel guilty about it. So? Why all the whining?
