How likely is it to transmit the HPV virus after getting the full treatments ?

HPV is a skin to skin contact disease. (question is about HPV not HIV !!!)

that is true but in order to be transmitted i think there should be a lesion or warts on skin,

From what I understand the vaccine is to PREVENT you from getting the virus, so if it works like it is supposed to you shouldn't get it at all! If you already have the virus, then you have it for life. The closest thing to "cured" is for your body to fight it into dormancy. With that being said, Guardasil (the vaccine) is only suppose to protect you from 4 strains of HPV, so even getting the vaccine cannot protect you or a partner from getting a different strain that it does not protect against.

If I recall correctly, HPV (Human Papilloma virus) is like herpes; it never actually goes away. It lies dormant, but can pop up at any time and you can't actually tell when the virus is going to be transmittable. It may be transmittable all the time.
