It was launched in 2003 - 4 years ago...with 15 billion dollar's...he only recently added another 30 billion to the effort...how exactly does this make Bush a bad guy? To say any different. Would be giving (just due) credit to Our President. And that is not allowed! Same reason that pubs act like every time we go to war it's for our freedom.
