Most sex workers in sub Saharan Africa are already HIV positive so a client need not guess whether they are or not, THEY ARE!

2 Sex workers exist because wives are not very good at performing in bed. If sex workers were hired as practice tutors for wives, then wives may be better.
3 No need for ARV till promiscuity is removed else you kill more people. There is no human rights issue in ARV treatment.

4 Feeding Africans means they will not bother to produce food for themselves.

5 Its cheaper to whip a thief severely and send him home than to put him in prison where he will come out with HIV.

6 Africans generally cannot drive as well as Europeans, since they still have many accidents with few
