Asking because I don't know the answer? |
what can I do, here's the problem. LA Twin Towers men's jail, while being detained there and (take in mind I don't make it a habit to be there.) when in many cases need to get information about sick call, court dates, and being held in wrong part of jail(medical pod) they said I was supposed to take medicine for HIV which was wrong according to their records, I am not nor have I been HIV anything, to have sheriff's assult me and witnessed a few other assult's on inmates . what can be done for this treatment by people who swear by oath to uphold the constitution, and to protect and serve the public. and yet abuse the power and violate me and others by doing what is considered in court- assult with a weapon and have them justify it when it is wrong? can there be a way to have this brought out and delt with or am I alone on this one? Talk to your lawyer... oh please. this story sounds fishy. happening every day to just about everyone there...not that that's a good thing, but do you imagine that you have the political power to effect any change? First, file a complaint with the appropriate local, state and federal agencies that regulate the facility. Second, contact a doctor to make sure that taking HIV medicine, without having HIV, will not kill you or do great bodily harm. Third, contact an attorney. Um, your question is kind of hard to understand but I think I got it. I say good luck. I don't mean to be rude, but people have been fighting the system since it was created hundreds of years ago and nothing has changed. I'm sure it will someday but i'm sure it will take more than someone getting abused in prison. Keep yourself out of trouble and you won't have to deal with it. I know it's not right, but then again, if it weren't for your poor choices, you wouldnt be there dealing with it. It should be brought out, it shouldn't happen. Why don't you make it your goal to get it fixed. Do something good with your life? Make sure you have your facts correct,then go to the District Attorney's Office and let them know what happened. If that answer doesn't satisfy you,then go to State Attorney General's Office and let them know. But above all ,get a lawyer in case you need one. do this: |
