I am feeling depressed, can you help me?

I'm broke, My business is lossing money (but some income) I just quit drinking, my wife has HIV (undetectable level, getting gread treatment) I'm negative, but i have like PTSD from taking the test. Someone tell me the answer to how do i feel happy again! Oh ya i'm mildly bi-polar but this isn't that type of depression.

Well all businesses lose money from time to time. If you truly love your wife then just being with her should make you happy. And just think you aren't drinking your problems away anymore.

get help then get rid of your wife.

im 110% and more positive that you are not the only one going through this at the moment, try councelling?? there are heaps of councelling you could try, but you must stick with it, unless you dont like the person, maybe sell your business, get a new job, money doesnt make you happy but it sure helps out alot, spend alot of time with your wife, remember you dont have to spend money to have fun!! what makes you happy???

Well if it makes it any better am bi-polar myself and I have no listen,car,no husband,kids,or house of my own.Plus my family don't even call me so.I need to be in a happier mood myself.Plus I only have a little part time job that only makes rent.What I can do is have your wife in my prays every night but you have to learn to love yourself again.Plus you are also in my prays to.

Dear Nate, sorry for all that you are going through, Sometimes we are thrown so many hard balls all at once it is hard to know which way to turn.. If you have a Bible open it up to the Second Testament, and read about our Lord Jesus Christ. Know that no matter what, Jesus Loves you. At times such as this, when we are suffering so much, when trying to understand the reason for our suffering, when we seem to be standing alone, and nothing we do seems to help, we need more then ever assurance that we do not stand alone. There is someone out there that loves us and wants to help us. Please turn to our Lord Jesus Christ, he is our Savior and he wants to help you. I will keep you in my prayers.. God Bless

have faith in god that he will make it all right for you some day. he puts you though all of this so that you can get some were in your future. you may not know it now but god gots a plan for you and that's if you follow his way then good things would come to you . well i hope i helped and i hope you can get though this because i know from experience that depression kinda blows. i also know from experience that god can help you out in your journey of life because he has helped me in that way. and this has been the best time of my life . well good luck again.

Maybe the business will pick up. A lot of businesses slide after the holidays.
People like your wife live a long time.
I think that you will be alright. I'd try counseling, especially support groups. Maybe you need a place where you can safely expose your anger and pain.
And Nate, no matter what, things can always turn more sour, so try to remember the positive things in your life. Everyone has something to hold on to, and right now, you have your wife. Good luck to you.
