Can you die from Chicken Pox? |
a friend of mine in rural India has the chicken pox. he's in his thirties and is HIV positive ( which is under treatment, and he does not have AIDS ). :( thanks for the answer, i just found out that he's getting better :) In rare cases, yes..usually from pneumonia..it can also recur in later life as Herpes Zoster aka 'Shingles'..just like any of the other 'Herpes' viruses..Varicella Zoster is it's real name. yes it can kill, especially if one is immuno suppressed |
