I am in a big trouble.i need a good advise?

i entered sex with a lady before one week.that was my first sexual experiance.i used condum but it breaks by its middle.suddenly i stop the sex and remove my penis.at the same time semen also comes out .but it is not gone in. then i wash my penis with water.i am worring about one thing that if any chance to get hiv or std for me.the lady told me that she is ok and she have no diseases.but i dont know her condition.i want some clear answers from you people.and also i want to know that when i go for a check up. this insident will affect my whole life?i am in a big trouble .so please give me some expert advices.

You can get tested for HIV-1/HIV-2 in as little as 21 to 30 days of the sexual contact. But I'd say, according to my clinical and personal experience, that your chances of having acquired HIV is very low, maybe much lower than 1% even if the "lady" has the virus. You should also have a complete STD screening panel for other diseases like chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphillis, herpes, trichomoniasis, HPV [Human Papilloma Virus], chancroid, Hepatitis B &C, penile yeast infection, genital crabs [lice], and scabies. Most of these STD's are curable in their early stages, with the exception of HPV, HIV, and herpes. These last three aren't curable, but can be treated so there are no serious consequences later on. I doubt very much that you've been exposed to ALL of these diseases, but you should be tested so you can be treated if you were exposed to any of them. Your state's Public Health Office can advice you where to go for low cost or free testing/treatment. All diseases/infections are unpredictable. A few years ago, I was a homeless IV heroin junkie and prostitute. I repeatedly shared used dirty syringes from other IV drug addicts. Most of them were in the terminal stages of AIDS; in one instance, I used a syringe from a guy with AIDS that was so sick he couldn't even stand up or walk. I used that syringe just after he'd finished injecting his morning "fix", and I didn't bother to wash it; my "fix" turned bright pink with his blood and I just injected myself directly into my vein because I assumed I was already infected. Two hours later, the guy whose syringe I'd used died from AIDS. Some months later, I entered a Methadone rehab program and was screened for ALL kinds of transmissible diseases. It was then that I got the biggest surprise of my life: I tested NEGATIVE for HIV and all other diseases, with the exception of Hepatitis C. I've been drug-free for 4 years, 1 month and 16 days now. I still get re-tested at least 3 times a year, and still get Negative results to all tests; even my Hepatitis C blood viral load is at negligible levels because my immune system is fighting the virus. I still can't grasp the idea of how or why I didn't catch HIV. All the many doctors I've consulted [including Epidemiologists] assure me that the HIV can't be "hidden" somewhere in my body. I just didn't get infected, despite repeated very-high-risk exposure. So keep your cool, and hope for the best; chances for you to be OK are enormous. If your truly worried go to you primary physician, they can run an std panel on you that consists of blood and urine. If you don't have a primary physician any kind of public health or free clinic will do it for nothing and no one will ever know.

You probably have AIDS sounds to me like you F-u-c-k-e-d a prostitute. So you are probably going t have aids... sorry
