Sexual problems...........?

i entered sex with a lady before one week.that was my first sexual experiance.i used condum but it breaks by its middle.suddenly i stop the sex and remove my penis.at the same time semen also comes out .but it is not gone in. then i wash my penis with water.i am worring about one thing that if any chance to get any disease for me.the lady told me that she is ok and she have no diseases.but i dont know her condition and my penis have a little pain because this is my first sexual experiance. i want some clear answers from you people.and also i want to know that when i go for a check up. this insident will affect my whole life?i am in a big trouble .so please give me some expert advices.

It would have been so much better for you if you had waited and had your first encounter with a virgin wife. Now you are worried and struggling. Any internal medicine doctor will give you a check up and test you for HIV, AIDS, and STD's. Be more careful about the people you choose to have sex with, and keep plenty of latex condoms.

You should be just fine, but if you like, ask the clinic to do a blood test on you for STD's.
You will probably find that you are not infected.
You do not seem to have the symptoms for an infection
